ARIFTLY / APPLIED AI ENGINEERING
AI Engineering for
Complex Systems.
We use AI-native engineering to transform, connect, automate, and validate complex software, data, and technical systems.
From legacy modernization and system migration to B2B integration and AI-assisted workflows, we take complex technical work from problem to production.
Connect
Automate
FOUR CONNECTED CAPABILITIES
One architecture.
Many hard problems.
The company grows through four durable capabilities, applied to a specific system and a measurable outcome.
Legacy → modern
Change the system without losing what matters.
Modernize and migrate legacy applications, data, schemas, code and infrastructure with a controlled path to production.
- Migration
- Modernization
- Transformation
PROBLEMS WE SOLVE
Work that cannot afford a vague answer.
- 01
Move from one CRM or ERP without losing critical business data.
- 02
Onboard a trading partner without another months-long EDI mapping project.
- 03
Convert legacy SQL and stored procedures to a modern data stack.
- 04
Modernize an application without committing to a risky full rewrite.
- 05
Automate technical work that consumes senior engineering time.
ENGINEERING IN PRACTICE
Built around the people
who run the system.
Good engineering fits the operating environment: the source systems, the exceptions, the approvals and the people accountable for the result.

HOW WE WORK
From bounded problem
to production system.
- 01
Start with a bounded operational problem
Define the inputs, outputs, constraints, owner and evidence that will show the work is correct.
- 02
Engineer the solution
Combine deterministic software, AI models, automation and human review according to the problem—not the trend.
- 03
Deploy into the real workflow
Integrate with the systems people already use, test failure paths and prepare the work for production operation.
- 04
Compound what repeats
Reusable mappings, connectors, validation rules and workflow patterns strengthen the technology beneath later deployments.
ARIFTLY ENGINE / IN DEVELOPMENT
Engineering once.
Building for reuse.
Scoped services solve real systems problems today. The reusable engineering behind that work is becoming Ariftly Engine: a private-first execution layer with specialized Solution Packs.

Good questions.
Clear answers.
A few things worth knowing
before the first conversation.
What kind of project is a good fit?
A strong starting point is a migration, integration, modernization or operational workflow with a clear owner, accessible systems and an outcome that can be verified. We work with growing companies, technical businesses and larger organizations; the system complexity matters more than company size.
What happens on the first call?
We discuss the current system, the trigger for change, constraints, desired outcome and how the result should be validated. You do not need a polished technical brief or access credentials for the first conversation.
What do we actually receive?
Discovery leads to a bounded scope, success criteria and written proposal. Depending on the work, delivery may include mappings, connectors, transformed code or data, validation evidence, deployment support and operating documentation. Deliverables and exclusions are agreed before each phase.
How does pricing work?
We scope a project and provide a fixed proposal based on the workflow, integrations and operating requirements. Discovery identifies what needs to be understood before quoting. Model usage, hosting, third-party tools and ongoing support are clarified separately, so you can assess the full operating cost. There is no published starting price yet.
How long does a project take?
A focused assessment, migration wave, integration or production workflow each has a different timeline. System access, data quality, dependencies, security review and validation scope affect the plan. We agree milestones after understanding the actual system.
Is Ariftly a product company or a services company?
Ariftly is services-first today: we engineer and deploy solutions around real systems. Reusable mappings, connectors, validation rules and workflow components contribute to a growing technology layer. We do not present that layer as a mature self-serve platform before it exists.
How do you protect data and keep people in control?
We agree access boundaries, providers, retention, logs, failure handling and approval points as part of the scope. Deterministic controls and human review are used where the outcome requires them; no blanket security or compliance claim replaces a project-specific review.
Who owns the system, and what happens after launch?
Ownership, source access, third-party licences and hosting responsibilities are agreed in the proposal. Handover includes the operating documentation defined in scope. We can discuss ongoing support or a further engagement; maintenance and new features should have an explicit scope rather than an assumed open-ended commitment.
Can you work alongside our engineers?
Yes. We can agree interfaces, access, review steps and deployment requirements with your engineers and system owners. The aim is a workflow your team can understand and operate, with human responsibility kept clear.
BRING THE REAL SYSTEM
What needs to move,
connect, change or prove?
Start with a migration, integration, modernization or workflow that matters in production.
